Heat Pump Service and Maintenance Plans
We offer an air source heat pump service plan providing annual checks to ensure your warranties are kept and your heating system is working correctly. In addition to this we also offer a Comprehensive Plan that covers the annual service visit and any repairs and/or replacements that may occur.
To maintain your warranties it is required by the manufacturers that your air source heat pump be annually serviced. We offer these plans whether you’ve had your pump installed with us or elsewhere.
Annual Service Plan
Ensuring peace of mind by spreading the cost of your air source heat pump service plan over the year, in manageable and affordable payments.
If you take this plan with us, then we will remind you when your service is due. Contacting you a month in advance and then seeking to organise with you a convenient time to attend your home.
The service will only take a few hours where we will do all the necessary checks over your system components, and ensure it is still running to the efficiency your system was designed at.
Comprehensive Plan
This plan builds upon the annual service plan and offers you additional protection to fully cover you. This air source heat pump service plan offers you the ability to have us on hand to attend your property in the event of any issues or complete failure.
This plan covers the annual service along with any repairs or replacement parts needed. Component failure increases with age as they come out of their warranty period and this plan ensures you are always covered.
We will cover your air source heat pump and heat distribution system, including the emitters (radiators and manifolds), and the domestic hot water system up to the points of discharge (taps).
This cover guarantees that we are on hand for you as your own personal plumbers and will aim to attend your property within 48 hours.
