This plan covers the annual service along with any repairs or replacement parts needed. Component failure increases with age as they come out of their warranty period and this plan ensures you are always covered.
We will cover your air source heat pump and heat distribution system, including the emitters (radiators and manifolds), and the domestic hot water system up to the points of discharge (taps).
This cover guarantees that we are on hand for you as your own personal plumbers and will aim to attend your property within 48 hours.

FAQs
This plan is only for homeowners. It doesn’t cover mobile homes, park homes or business premises. Retail, commercial and other premises used for business are not eligible.
The heat pump at your home must be air sourced (not ground sourced or air to air).
No. We offer our service and maintenance plans to anyone with an air source heat pump. So, even if you have had your installation through a different company, we can still carry out your annual service.
Air-source heat pumps are very reliable. However, debris can build up so it would be best if you had the pump serviced annually to ensure it continues working efficiently. Our heating engineers can replace air filters, too, if required by the manufacturers, ensuring that dirt and pollen doesn’t collect in the system.
We’ll check heating circuit inside, all components, functionality, settings, and flow rates to ensure your pump is running to maximum efficiency.
In addition, we’ll carry out a sound assessment, which is necessary for compliance with planning requirements. This will ensure that any noise the unit produces doesn’t exceed a certain level.
While it’s simple and safe to clean the back of your heat pump to prevent debris from building up, getting a professional to carry out servicing is vital. An MCS-certified engineer can ensure minor problems don’t escalate and that the heat pump runs efficiently and safely. If you were to attempt this yourself then your warranty will be voided, and if you were to alter any components then the workmanship warrant with ourselves would also be void.
