Do I need to do anything before my installation?

Before your installer arrives, clear away any clutter around the boiler – especially valuables and things that break easily – and make sure the boiler is easy to access.

How long does the installation take?

On average installing a new boiler takes between 1 to 2 days to complete. If you are having your old boiler replaced in the same location and with the same type of boiler the process will be quicker (likely one day) compared to installing a different type of boiler in a new location.

Will my old boiler and/or tanks be removed from my property?

Yes, we will remove anything that is replaced and our engineers will ensure everything is left tidy once complete.

When does a new boiler need servicing?

You should get your boiler serviced for the first time when it’s close to a year old, depending on when the warranty ends. 

If you’re a landlord, it’s a legal requirement to have all boilers you’re responsible for getting it serviced by a Gas Safe registered engineer at least once a year.
